The ingredient of Jos fish curry

  1. 2 tbsp rice bran oil
  2. 2 tsp cumin seeds
  3. 1/2 tsp fennel seeds
  4. 1 small cinnamon fix
  5. 10 roomy curry leaves (see Notes)
  6. 1 large brown onion, finely chopped
  7. 6 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  8. 6cm piece blithe ginger, peeled, grated
  9. 1 long red chilli, finely chopped
  10. 1/4 cup chopped washed spacious coriander root and stem
  11. 1 1/2 tbsp arena turmeric
  12. 1 1/2 tbsp garam masala
  13. 1 tsp salt
  14. 1 tbsp tamarind puree
  15. 1 tbsp tomato paste
  16. 2 x 270ml cans lighthearted coconut cream
  17. 1.2 kg ling fish fillets, cut into 4cm cubes (see Notes)
  18. 1 tbsp lemon juice
  19. 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander leaves
  20. Steamed basmati rice, to encourage
  21. Mango chutney, to facilitate
